Shipping policy

At KM Store, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery times may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Customers should be available to receive and accept their parcels.

Customers are allowed to open and check the parcel upon delivery, where the courier service permits. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact KM Store within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. KM Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect information provided by the customer.
